Can we use your services without making a reservation?

Answer

As long as there is an availability, you can join us without any reservation. However, we do recommend that you make appointments since we have limited capacity.

We look after children with the adult-child ratios below:
Children 0~2 1/2 years old: 1~2 children / staff member
Children older than 2 1/2 years old: 8 children maximum / staff member

My child may cry because it is our first time leaving him/her. Will that be okay?

Answer

There are children who cry at first. However, after spending time with our childcare staff members, some of whom have childcare experiences in Japan, most of the children leave the center with smiles on their faces. You can leave your child with us with ease.

Is there anything I need to bring?

Answer

1 set of clothes to change into, swimsuit (if your child is participating in an activity that involves water dipping), snacks (if necessary), water, lunch (you may also order kids menu from the hotel (additional fee)), a hat, sunscreen.

What should I bring for field trips?

Answer

Since the sun is strong and the temperature is high, we try to cover up your child to protect them from the sun and the heat. In order to do so, please bring a hat, a water bottle, and sunscreen (apply before arrival) will be required.

Lunch can be selected from the hotel’s kids menu (additional charge). You may bring lunch or other snacks to the center as well.

If you can leave a set for breast-feeding, we will respond to your request. We have a microwave in our center.

Are water-related activities safe?

Regardless of the number of children in a group, there will be 2 staff
members. One holds a life guard license and the other one has a teaching
license.

I would like to have my child join the body board session, but he is not a good swimmer. Can he still enroll?

Yes, our staff member with a life guard license will assist your child.

Would you be able to take care of my 9-months-old child for 6 or 7 hours?

Answer

Following the guidelines set in Hawaii, we can only keep a child younger
than 2 1/2 years old at our center less than 6 hours over a
one-week-period (7days including Sunday).
