Are there any differences between the service content at Poppins’ childcare centers authorized by the central governtment and those authorized by the local government?

You may feel some difference in atmosphere due to the age composition of the children, but we manage the centers using the same philosophy and curriculum. In addition, all of our childcare staff members have received the same training.

Can I take a tour of your center?

You can always take a tour by making an appointment with the facility which you are interested in visiting. Please contact the Poppins Nursery School concierge for more information.

How many staff members actually provide care for children?

Usually, there is 1 staff member for 3 infants and for 4 to 6 children age between 1 and 3-years-old. We make arrangements to achieve the level beyond the national standard.

Do we need to prepare anything when my child enrolls in your school?

There is no need to prepare handcrafted goods or purchase any materials that the center uses (e.g. bedding and sheets).

Are meals served?

Nutritionists cook meals in the kitchens set up in our centers and serve hot meals and snack. * Please note that some centers do not offer this service.

Would you be able to provide elimination diet since my child has a food allergy? Would you also be able to provide elimination diet for religious reasons?

Yes, we provide those services. However, depending on your child’s situation, we may ask you to prepare lunch boxes.

How would you deal with a situation when my child becomes ill?

1) We will contact the parent(s) if the child has a fever with a temperature higher than 38℃ or if we see any serious changes in his/her physical condition.
2) We will have the child stay in bed quietly while we wait for the pick-up.

Would you give medication to my child?
