		Poppins International Pre-School Enrollment Policies In accordance with our school philosophy and goals, Poppins International Pre-School has the following enrollment policies. Application Notes Applications are accepted for children from 12 months to 38 months old. Applications are processed in the order they are received. Applications for admission during the school year will be considered based on available space. Language Policy All documents and communication from Poppins International Pre-School will be in English.Support in Japanese is available. Poppins International Pre-School will provide support for non-native English speaking families when possible. Application Process 1. Attend an Open House event or arrange to visit the school's facility 2. Submit Interview Sheet 3. Interview with Principal and/or Lead Teachers 4. Submit Application, Supporting Documents and Application Fee 　 a. Completed Application 　 b. Health Information Form 　 c. Photographs of child(ren) and parents 　 d. Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport 　 e. Application Fee - 10,000yen (non-refundable) Parents will be notified in writing of admissions decisions. 　 Annual Tuition 5days per week 1,800,000 yen 　 FEES First Year Charge Total: 200,000 yen Includes: Application Fee 10,000 yen** First Year Facility Fee 190,000 yen Annual Facility Fee Total: 150,000 yen Due Prior to Each School Year **Application Fee is required to complete application process. 　 Tuition will be adjusted based on student's first day of school. All Fees and Tuition are non-refundable.
