Poppins started hosting a training tour in early childhood education to Stanford University in California, USA in November 2006.
With Stanford University’s cooperation, we participate in a lecture given by the Dean of the School of Education. Participants also receive practical training at the Bing Nursery School, a research site of the university's Psychology Department with 40-year history, as well as at a childcare center on university campus. We also visit workplace childcare facilities in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
It is a 7-day-long training program held in the excellent weather on the West Coast where you will be exposed to ecology-conscious projects, interior displays utilizing the surrounding nature, and management of a curriculum that puts an emphasis on children’s independence.
