Investor Relations

From our founding officers to the current generation of employees, we stand united in our commitment to support working women. It is our mission to support those women with the highest standard of Edu-care and elderly care services. Under this mission, we are providing a full line of services to help them. Starting with our original baby sitter service business, we have expanded to be involved

in services that include nursery services (e.g., the operation of government authorized nursery schools, government certified nursery schools, corporate nurseries, after-school facilities, and international schools), elderly care services to provide home-based care for the elderly, household chores support services to provide assistance for various lifestyles (e.g., dual-income households, elderly people and single-person households), and training services for nursery teachers, caregivers and others.

In recent years, the international community has become increasingly active in the movement to build a sustainable society. We live in a time that demands companies take action to solve social issues. A prime example of this is the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted in September 2015 by the United Nations. We recognize anew that our management policies and the services we provide generate important value for society.

Our Mission

Seamless Services for Every Stage of Life

We listed our group on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 21, 2020 as Japan’s first SDGs-IPO.

We obtained a second-party opinion from The Japan Research Institute. The institute objectively assessed our contribution to the achievement of the SDGs with respect to the mission of our group, our business expansion and our use of the funds raised through the public offering.

Overcoming social challenges has been at the very core of our operations since our founding 36 years ago. These challenges include some of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) articulated by the United Nations: Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender Equality (SDG 5) and Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8).
